The NFL will officially enter its offseason following this Sunday’s Super Bowl. It’s now time to focus on what the Buffalo Bills can expect from the draft, free agency, and other areas.
Let’s examine the upcoming few months and some important questions for the Bills as we prepare for a busy offseason in Buffalo.
Soon after the season concluded, Buffalo promoted linebackers coach Bobby Babich to defensive coordinator and appointed interim offensive coordinator Joe Brady to offensive coordinator.
Both will now assume important coaching positions after serving as essential members of the Bills’ staff for the previous few seasons. This offseason, one of the plots to watch will be how each coach transforms Buffalo’s defense and offense.
Under Brady, the Bills averaged 27.1 points per game in seven regular season and two postseason games. They scored 30 points or more in four of those games and finished with a 7-2 record. During that time, quarterback Josh Allen scored 24 touchdowns, 11 of them came via rushes.
“I cherish Joe. The day after Buffalo’s season ended, Allen remarked, “I love what he brings to this team, to our offense, the juice that he has, the passion he has for football.” “We stayed true to our excellent ball running. We seem to have returned to some more basic ideas. worked better at simplicity with him.”
Allen anticipates that the Bills’ offense will advance by 2024 once Brady has had a complete offseason.
